By adopting this utility model, the pulverized coal airflow is shunted by the atomizing disc from the lance pipe to the lance head and is sprayed out in an umbrella shape, forming an atomized pulverized coal flow. These fine atomized pulverized coal flows instantly mix well with the hot blast of the blast furnace, enabling full combustion of the pulverized coal. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient use, improved pulverized coal combustion rate and better mixing ratio between pulverized coal and blast furnace hot blast.
The three types of pellet valves, namely square, jujube core and elbow types, are widely used in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems of domestic iron and steel enterprises. They are installed on the straight blast furnace pipes to connect the pulverized coal injection pipes. When the injection pipe is inserted into the blast furnace, this valve opens; when the injection pipe is pulled out, the valve automatically closes to prevent the hot gas in the furnace from overflowing.
